DETAILS:
MALE 6', baseball cap, sunglasses, backpack, carrying a "slurpee"; enters through maingate, walks south towards storage areas and back gate, then heads east, past dog run, and turns north at Building N, and tries to exit through the locked Northeast gate to Powell, turns around and starts heading south; man notices residents observing him; man immediately begins shouting expletive's at residents, then threatens to assault resident; resident informs man he is trespassing and orders him to leave property; trespasser then throws his "slurpee" at resident (misses) then begins walking west, and exits through main gate (while shouting threats the entire time).

LOCATION: EAST FENCE-LINE, BEHIND BULDINGS
DETAILS:
FEMALE 5'5", Black winter jacket, wearing hood over head, bright yellow backpack. Tresspasser was observed walking slowly, sometimes stopping to look at the ground-level back patio areas of buildings O and N. Traveling from North to South along the fence-line. When confronted by resident and told to leave, Tresspasser said she was trying to get to the property on the other side of the fence, then slowly walked away while looking back at resident. Tresspasser walked out of view around the corner to the South side of Building N. Resident went out front door of the West side building N, then over to the South side of Building N to escort trespasser off property, but no one was there. Suspect that there is a possible breech of the Southeast fence that separates EVC and property 4434 Powell Blvd, Southeast of EVC property.
